1 teaspoon paprika, a little oil
0.5 each a green chilli, finely chopped
1 each clove garlic, crushed
0.5 each an onion, finely chopped
1 each tin Kidney beans
|Fry the onion, garlic, chilli and paprika in the oil until the onionis soft.
Drain the kidney beans and either blend them with a blender or mash them.
Mix in the fried mixture.
Refrigerate before serving.
You can try this with different types of beans as well.
