|Description:||dissolve 1/3 cup Emis veg gelatin into 2 1/4 cups boiled water|
|Time:||35 min (20 min to prepare, 15 min to cook)|

1 each 1 cup raw cashews (first powder them in a coffee grinder or processor)
1 each 4 oz pimentos (for color--can substitute a carrot if you prefer)
1 each 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast flakes
1 each 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 each 2 tsp onion or onion powder
1 each 1 tsp salt
1 each 2 tsp paprika
1 each galic or garlic powder to taste
|* Lightly oil a round or square container to put it in (makes it easier to get out later) & refrigerate.
* To use for grating, freeze it. It will also melt very well if heated.
* for JACK "Cheese" variation:
* simply omit pimento (or carrot), & double the lemon, yeast & garlic
