|Description:||Healthier than Buffalo Chicken wings, but taste just like them and easier to eat.|

2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 lb boneless/skinless chicken breast cutlets
1 C Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 tsp Crystal Sauce
1 tsp galic salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
|Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-In a deep dish foil lined pan add: 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil.
-Add 6-10 boneless/skinless chicken breast cutlets, turn in pan to coat evenly with vinegar and olive oil.
-marinade/brush liberally with Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce.
-If extra kick is desired, sprinkle with 1 tsp. Crystal Sauce.
-Sprinkle with 1 tsp. garlic salt and 1 tsp. ground black pepper.
-Flip cutlets and repeat above steps (including Crystal Sauce if desired).
-Cover pan loosely with tinfoil and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
-Turn/flip cutlets in pan and cook an additional 10 minutes and serve.
