1 cup Pamela's Mix
1 large egg
1 1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon oil
|mix all ingredients together, batter will be very thin. preheat a 12 round skillet on low to medium heat. pregrease skillet between every crepe. Pour a thin layr of batter into the heated pan and rotate pan around in circles to disperse the batter evenly over the bottom of the pan. airholes will appear. When edges start to brown, lift edge with a spatula and flip.
remove crepe and place on parchment paper. Seperate each crepe with parchment paper and cover them to keep them from drying out.
