Ingredients:
1 each Sift Together:
1 each 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 each 4 tablespoon baking powder
1 each 1 tablespoon salt
1 each 1/4 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 each Blend together with dry ingredients:
1 each 1 1/2 cups Oat "milk" ( soy can be used but I prefer the oat)
1 each 1 cup water
1 each 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 each 1 tablespoon Vanilla
Directions:
* Mix with a fork until all ingredients are moistened, allow batter to be lumpy..this makes lighter fluffier pancakes.
