Ingredients:
1 each 10 ripe bananas, mashed
1 each Yellow cornmeal - 1/2 cup
1 each Cream of wheat cereal - 1/2 cup
1 each Quick cooking oats - 1/2 cup
1 each Whole wheat or bran - 1/2 cup
1 each Milk/soymilk/ricemilk - 1 cup
1 each Brown sugar/molasses - 1/8 cup or more to taste
1 each Chopped nuts - 1/4 cup (almonds or cashews)
1 each Raisins - 1/4 cup
Directions:
* Mix everything till just moistened
* Spoon into muffin pans and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Mmmmm delicious!!
